RPE 3L 1973 Citroen SM Coupe.
Citroen had been considering a car along the lines of the SM since the mid 1960's but it was not feasible until they took over Maserati in 1968.
Maserati hastily produced a 2.7 litre V6 engine which, in it's initial run, produced 170bhp in carburettor form and proved very reliable.
In production from 1970 to 1975 it was famous for it's sleek looks and impressive perfomance.
