Vauxhall Motors is a British car manufacturer. It shares many of its car designs with Opel (also GM owned). Vauxhall was founded in 1903 and was acquired by GM as early as 1925. It has its headquarters in Luton, England. Besides cars there are also several vans in it list of vehicles. 2009 is proving a turbulent year for Vauxhall as it is being sold by GM.
